Come join us in the Sierras for 4 days of unparalleled beauty, personal growth, hiking, yoga, stand-up paddle boarding, wellness, creativity, meditation, rock climbing and a bonding experience with like-minded, supportive women.

Thursday. Evening

  • Arrival, meet & greet cocktails and dinner. Key note speech w/ Olympic Athlete.
  • We’ll discuss how to apply the coaching lessons of an Olympian to your morning rituals, daily life, family and relationships.
  • Possible locations include Minaret summit or Tamarack lodge, weather dependent

Friday

  • 7 am – Rise and Shine morning ritual (optional)
  • 7:45 am – 8:30 am Breakfast
  • 8:45 am – Departure for Parker Lake hike and Meditation
  • Parker Lake is a 3.8 mile hike with 650 feet of elevation gain. This is a beginner to moderate hike that will lead us through an aspen grove and along a bubbling river. At 1.7 miles we will reach the calm, crystal clear lake reflecting a mirror of Parker Peak and Mount Wood. Lunch at Double Eagle Resort
  • 3:00 pm – Paddle Board Yoga at June Lake Dinner on your own in the Village/ Reggae Fest

Saturday

  • 7 am – Rise & Shine morning ritual (optional)
  • 7:45 am – 8:30 am Breakfast
  • 8:45 am – Departure for morning hike. Little Lakes Valley to Gem Lakes is 7.2 mile out and back trail that starts at 10,000 ft. This is a moderate hike only because of the elevation. Every turn of this hike offers spectacular vistas of mountain peaks as you wind your way up a trail that crosses rivers and along meanders the little lakes.
  • 7:30 pm – Chef’s table dinner, location TDB

Sunday

  • 7 am – Rise & Shine morning ritual (optional)
  • 7 am – Run with an Olympic athlete (60 min)
  • 8:00 am – 9:30 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 am – Intro to Rock Climbing
  • 4:00 pm – Farewells
