Yes, there is a 50% deposit due at the time of reservation. Your remaining balance is due 60 days prior to day one of your session. We accept secure payments from Zelle or by check.

If your plans change 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, we offer a deferral of your deposit for another session, based on availability, within 12 months of your original arrival date. If you are within 30 days of your arrival date, we are happy to rebook your reservation for another session, based on availability, within 12 months of your original arrival date.

Each session is an intimate group of 8–10 guests. This helps to maintain safety and relaxation while trekking and ensures first class service throughout your retreat.

We are adding new programs for couples in 2024. We are also happy to accept bookings for corporate retreats. Please email soul2summit@gmail.com for details.

Groups of up to 10  looking for a completely customized experience can do so through a private retreat at a fixed price. Throughout your private retreat, you will have a dedicated concierge that will work with you to tailor a one-on-one program to your needs, including private trekking with a certified guide, destination adventures, additional spa therapies, and other specialty experiences curated exclusively for you. We can make arrangements if needed for our guests to arrive a day earlier or stay a day later. Each additional day booking is $1,000 pp.

We cannot guarantee a private room at the regular rate.  Rooms at the chalet are shared up to two guests a room. There is a rate increase of $3500 if you would like to guarantee private accommodation during your stay but this will need to be booked with final payment 60 days in advance of travel. Features of your room include organic cotton linens, nurturing bath products, and a S2S swag bag.

Yes; we will provide a list of state-of-the-art technical gear, equipment, and layers needed to ensure you have a safe, comfortable experience. You will receive a packlist prior to your arrival.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have direct access to local medical providers. Please note any health issues during your intake call with the S2S Program Director after booking so that we can ensure you safely enjoy your retreat to the fullest. We also require medical/ travel insurance and can make a  recommendation for you if you desire.

Daytime temperatures typically range from the high 50s to low 70s Fahrenheit. Stunning vistas, cozy evenings and unforgettable sites await you, rain or shine, no matter the time of year.

Every day is different terrain and new locations but we will start out most days at 8:30 am and wrap by 3 or 4 pm. Expect to hike from 6 to 8 miles daily with stops, snacks and lunches along the way.

Airport transfers will be provided at 7am the morning of departure to the Geneva airport.  All other arrivals and departures can be arranged through our transportation partners. Additional information available upon request.

S2S is an all-inclusive wellness retreat. We offer 3 meals a day. Some will be packed lunches for our hikes or at local refuges. Evenings we will all dine together either at a locally curated farm to table restaurant, refuge or at our chalet with a local chef.

Food allergies and dietary restrictions are discussed during your intake call with the S2S Program Director so we can properly prepare for you.

Housekeeping staff will ensure your room is deeply cleaned before arrival. We will have housekeeping return to refresh the chalet during your stay. 

A hot tub and sauna at the chalet are available day and night. Organic teas, coffee and snacks are always available for S2S guests. The chalet features theater, sauna, game room, and daily on-site massages (at an additional fee).

If you feel someone has gone above and beyond during your stay, you are welcome to show your gratitude.

Geneva is recommended.  It’s a short 1 hr. 15 minute transport to the town of Chamonix where the chalet is located.

Each mountain trek is led by a certified mountain & safety guide. We have carefully curated the S2S experience with safety in mind at every step to suit a wide range of lifestyles and capabilities.
